I have a genetic mutation in the lumber area of my spine. After years if mis diagnosis, I have had several surgeries which have secured my spine but has left me with constant and permanent chronic pain. These heat pads are amazing. From the time I found out about them a few years ago, I haven’t gone a day without them. So easy. The feet warmers are great for sore feet from injuries or arthritis. Wouldn’t be without them.

These heat patches are wonderful and they help ease my lower back pain. I wear them frequently in winter. They last a long time, sometimes even more than stated. I have been using them for years.
