Have used these for many many many years. They last on me for over 12 hrs hot. Pain relief or just sheer warmth for days that are really cold. These got me shingles, frozen shoulder, buldged disc’s as well as temperatures that we so cold. They don’t loose their stick either.

What a great product. We use them a lot and my husband who works in construction wears one at work on the very cold days to keep warm.
