Hoteeze heat packs are very useful for almost any aching body part. They are long lasting and easy to apply even if you are on a go. I always keep one in my purse for emergency.

I really like Hotteeze. I have recently had surgery for plate & pins in my broken ankle. The metal gets cold and aches. My daughter found these. I can put these on my sock and relieve the ache. The only minor con is they can get hard lumps in them.

The service was excellent, not sure about the product
