I purchased five of the DNA testing kits for all of my children. I am still waiting for results for the three children since when they sent the results it was only for two children and it says child one and child two like I am suppose to know who is who? The testing kits that I ordered were missing swabs and envelopes for all the children and I had to place two additional orders and wait even longer for the kits to be sent to me. I even paid for the overnight service and received my results online still and just in the mail yesterday for two children. I am very unhappy with the poor service that I have received.

No clear explanation Re: chain of custody when samples arrives. It takes longer than advertised to get results. Price for private testing is to high compared to competitors. Bit of clever gamesmanship on pricing and payment. Without explanation of results and numbers on report, this company may have fudged he results. What would be the odds that someone else who used this company had the EXACT same results and numbers written on their results document? We DO NOT want this review posted and was told it is private. Your advertisements indicate private therefore keep this review private. How you treat it determines exactly how your company deals with persons privacy. If anyone else outside of the company is reading this, we suspect your company plays games with samples and has no privacy within. If we get $10 back towards amazon or whatever they give for the review, this only means we got a portion of the discount we were promised. We await the $10 amazon certificate for this honest review. if you really want to do right, refund us for the 1 sample we actually ordered as apposed to the 2 we received then you will have earned the 1 star we had to give.
