Everything went fast and easy with an affordable price. Second time I've used home dna and I would use it a third time. Thanks again.

The test instructions were very simple and it was easy to collect the samples. Send back time took a little long in my opinion and should be quicker than third class mail for the price. But once they received the samples it took a day and a half for the test to be finished which was nice. I never got an email or text saying the test was completed but thankfully I was checking daily to see if my login worked so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and would recommend the company to people in the future.

Overall, the process was easy. Once paid for, the testing kit arrived with easy to follow instructions. It took a little while for the samples to actually reach the testing facility, however, the results were delivered in two days as promised and customer service representatives were pleasant in answering any and all questions throughout. I would definitely use Home DNA again. Thanks!

Home DNA's professional customer service helped to made a uncomfortable situation very easy to process. Their staff was courteous, helpful and respectful! Home DNA's level of customer service is second to none! The entire process was fast and easy!
