Despite the ongoing pandemic, shipping for anything wasn't terrible, although I did have to call after 9 days to request another kit be sent since I didn't receive the first one I ordered. It was sent overnight. The test results came fairly quickly and seemed highly professional and accurate. I thought the price was a bit much for what seemed like an easy test, but it provided what I needed. Customer service folks were helpful and knowledgeable. I am the proud papa of an 8-year old girl! Happy with the results and checked that box.
