I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at homepaternity. After having issues with my mail being delivered at my po box (new mail clerk), I contacted home paternity's customer service. I received a response immediately after they opened, which was very impressive, with a message stating they were going to send my testing kit via FedEx, which I would receive in two days. I actually received the kit the next day. The representative who handled my situation didnt question the situation and made sure I would receive my next shipment. Also, after sending the kit back, we had our results with three days after they received them, which was very fast considering we didn't pay extra to get our results faster. Plus, the results were also very easy to understand. So, we had an overall, exceptional experience with homepaternity and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants any type of dna testing done!

Very fast & easy. Lifted an extreme weight off my chest. I was sexually assualted by a family members friend around the time I got pregnant. Thankfully it came back that my beautiful son was not his. Therapy and time start to heal wounds but this test helped calm my fears.
