Didn’t receive pillowcases in initial order, had to call to get them to ship it

I've been on the website chat twice to ask for a refund. I was told it was coming and still nothing.

Can’t review a product I never received that was ordered over six months ago. I would like a refund but suspect I’ve fallen into a scam.
