My package arrived without the pillowcase I also ordered, but they were quick to replace.

They answered my questions rather quickly. When I needed help picking from all the pillow options, I called and discussed my options with the owner to get his recommendations. This was very helpful.

Good communication and fast delivery

It did take a few weeks to receive my pillow, and the text coupon did not work at all- no one ever responded to my texts, so that’s why I would subtract one star. But as to the pillow itself- it is wonderful! Best pillow ever!
