Very helpful with any issues I had.

This is the best pillow I ever owned, I bought it to relieve my arm from the pressure of side-sleeping, and it helps with this problem. The luxury of having a larger than usual pillow also gives me a comfortable range to place my head. I recommend this pillow to any person looking for a better night sleep. I did end up with the down stuffing which -in my opinion- is worth it after trying many types of memory foam.
