Took a week just to ship, and then another week to arrive. Soooo sloooow.

Shipping took a while and evidently it got lost prior to leave the facility. After a few weeks of waiting for another order to come in stock, I finally received it. Your customer service rep, Mallory, did stay in touch through the process.

Still waiting for my products. The Canada Post strike means it's been over 5 weeks since I ordered my products.

Great customer service and timely replies to emails. But wish the pillow (have forgotten its name) was available in Canada. Frustrating to see the promotions and ads for it, but to not be able to order.
