Horrible company

Why you keep asking for my feedback, I don't know, but here we go! The way this company up and left not only their employees but charged me for a membership that was obviously shut down, is just horrible! I still had credits to use and received no notice until the day of. So unprofessional. I signed up for a membership well before they opened and stayed through all the kinks because I loved my facialist. So disheartening. .
