Best supplement for mania and racing thoughts
I have a Bipolar 1 diagnosis but have had only had one major manic episode so I present more like Bipolar 2 and I mainly deal with hypomania. I take this nearly every day (unless I’m feeling especially slow or down) as I notice a huge difference in how clear my head is and how calm I am. When I feel myself getting a little too “up” I take an extra choline and I find it effective for early hypomanic intervention. It is enough to slow down my racing thoughts and super effective and managing my insatiable irritability. I notice a difference when I’m not taking it because I end up snapping at my husband and realizing my thoughts are jumbled. Really takes the edge off without making me feel tired.
