Added this to my supplements
I added olive leaf extract to my daily supplements to support my gut health. After reading other reviews, I also started with one capsule per day first week. Then added another each consecutive week. I’m now in my third week, taking 3 every morning along with 4 greens and probiotics. I’ve read when your gut is healthy, your body absorbs vitamins & minerals more efficiently. I’ve noticed I do feel much better and less sluggish or tired. My digestive system has also improved. I will continue to take olive leaf as part of my daily supplements.
