Very helpful in obtaining specific measurements for the walker tray before I made the purchase. Also answered my questions regarding the foam cushion as I was wanted to ensure that it was firm enough. I was assured it was ‘high quality’ foam but unfortunately it was not ‘high density’ foam that I was after. After expressing my concern, they issued a return label and a full refund. It was all hassle free and professional. Bravo!!
