Customer Service Dropped the Ball for Me
I was very satisfied with this company up until recent when my order was sent out wrong not to mention it took much longer to receive the order. They corrected the issue, but the communication was very dry and impersonal during that process. Before starting my own company I worked in customer service for over 20 years and it doesn’t matter who messes the order up in packaging, what matters is that the customer is made whole and leaves with a great experience even if it was wrong. Great customer service can make up for mistakes. Mistakes happens but how it’s handled makes all the difference.
