The product is exelent but your sevice is awful.

MegaHydrate supplement ingredients listed are not the same as the one i bought last time (within 2yrs) There is nothing about Vit C (20mg) and most importantly the hydrogen negative ions which was the reason why i decided to buy it again -- I'm not sure that the new one really contains the H ions because it is what the product was about and the most important in my opinion (per Dr.P Flannagan). Every time i call PhiSciences there is no one to speak to except a automatic voice asking to leave my name/phone # so i will send email next. Compared to other customer service staff elsewhere, here it is excellently staffed (professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual in replying to emails).

Can’t cancel

My shipping label was created on the morning of September 11th. It is now the morning of the 16th and the tracking remains in Houston. Rose blames it on the post office. I was charged $95.36 and am at the mercy of customer service storytelling. I have been a customer for three years with no issues. Effective customer service reveals itself when an issue arises. Either insure I receive the products I ordered or credit my card for the above amount. Enough happy talk!
