This is a game changer. I have been giving them as gifts, and all my friends love Shimmy as much as I do!

For the price of this unit (approx $70) I expected a well designed and working product. My first experience was a unit that only dispensed a small drop of disinfectant and it took literally 6-7 times moving my hand back and forth under the dispensing sensor to get any drops of disinfectant. I called Shimmy Customer Service and they were very responsive. No questions asked...they replaced unit and even gave me 2 refills for free. That is wonderful customer service. But even my second unit did not work as i expected. I still have to move my hand under the dispenser 3 times before it dispenses fluid. And it does dispense enough this time. This is better than last time when I had to move my hand 6 times to get anything to dispense. Now, I suppose if you use this unit every hour or two it will dispense quicker, but sometimes I use Shimmy only once a day. And this is where it feels like it takes longer for disinfectant to dispense. Great idea for a product and it looks great but doesn't work as I had expected.

why does this product come with no way to return it? why does the scent stay on your hands all day even after washing with soap and water? Junk! that's why.

The quality of the product is poor. Cheap plastic parts that leak and fall apart. I don't care for the scent of the sanitizer. Very dissatisfied.
