Awkward Essentials

I placed the order for Valentine’s Day, sadly the shipping was not sent and it did not arrive until a week later. I emailed the company and they quickly made it right and it eventually made it. We love the product and customer service but I think that maybe the shipping could use some help. We referred the product to some friends and they ordered and the exact same thing happened to them.
