Super easy to order, great quality vitamins, wish they had more options for potency of vitamins like B and some of the others that are found in multi vitamins as well, kind of expensive but for a raw real food vitamin that is to be expected. Website is easy to use. Haven't had any issues so have not dealt with customer service which is a good thing
