This new website version just ruined everything. I lost my pink points, my 30€ off code and other benefits, and the EU store has nothing to propose except old products. Good bye, Frank.

Shipping sucks. No product, no tracking link. Where’s my product?

Never received my package that's it

Very disappointed. Been a customer since 2015 and I have spent more than 1500€ on frankbody products since. I didn’t know they shipped from the UK on the european website and I had to pay 44€ of import taxes on an order of 80€. I contacted the customer service and told me they were sorry but that’s how it is. My only option is to to not pick up my parcel and it will be returned to them. Will NEVER order again. They need to be more transparent on the website !!
