It has been great. Not a fan of extra importing taxes… but immensely happy with the products so far

Everything is smooth, just the shipping is a little bit frustrating - there's no option to choose how the products are shipped and Royal Mail takes reaaaaally long to come to Lithuania. I wish I could pay more for something that is faster.

I like all the designs and think you have great information on there! At the start I found it a bit difficult to navigate around Hotel Pink, but now it's better. It still has some glitches like I can't redeem points for joining Hotel Pink but I'm already on Level 1. The biggest thing for me though, it would be nice if all the FAQ's for each product were on their product page. Sometimes when I want to look up a product and what I can and can't use with it, I forget where to find the information and takes a while to track down.

Happy with most of the products...ya win some ya lose some. Service was great! Really fast delivery
