I had some problems with the shipping of my products, it was maybe due to the coronavirus and the postal mess we are in. Customer service helped me through it and they soon enough rensent all my products (unfortuately missing my beloved neoprene bag) and after almost a month i was able to put my hands on them.
For sure one of the best customer service a brand can have.
I will suggest anyway to start tracking the EU shippings, just to be sure on where the products are and to avoid mishaps.
