I got a problem with my tracking number and it was solved really fast. I also love how cute is the package and that the products are really great and at the same time affordable.

Shipping was super quick, I live in Ireland and it took less than a week. The box and packaging are so cute and it came in perfect condition. Not only that but the loyalty scheme seems great, I’m excited to start racking up some points.

Been there since day one following them on Instagram and must say - great company, completely understand what all the hype is about!

I just received one of my orders from January. I had problem with shipping my first order, but when I talked to the support, they resloved my problem and the order was shipped within couple of days - they have great service, but I couldn’t track my order even if I got tracking number🤦🏻‍♀️ Shipping to MNE takes around 15 working days. Still waiting for my second order. It is my first time trying Frank Body scrubs.. but they are amazing, I still didnt try all of them, but the original is sweeeet. I am very satisfied!
