I didnt think it would work but I started taking them last monday also eating well I've lost 8 pound!! It makes me feel full threw out the day.

I take daily and it works. But you need lots of exercise and a great diet, too...

Received product timely and in good condition. Taking per instructions and believe that it does calm hunger pangs. No weight loss yet.
