I am amazed how beautifully it works. We have taken it to 17 countries and it has always worked well. We have used it on cobblestones roads, dirt, brick roads, gravel roads, and grassy ones. (Even people who own cheaper ones) If you are looking for a top-quality wheelchair/scooter, this is the one! BTW, inform the airlines ahead of time that you will be using your own wheelchair. They will not only accommodate you, but they will expedite everything and give you priority seating. Plus they will assist you in making speedy transfers to your next flgiht!

I needed a new battery by a certain date and they got it to me in time.

My nephew has the first gen model and it is no longer supported. I learned this the hard way when I ordered replacement wheels that did not fit. The company indicated I would have to find a solution myself, and honored their return policy (minus cost of shipping). I ended up buying pneumatic tires, stripping off the old rubber from the existing rims, and making the new tires work (needed modification for all the screws). My nephew is very happy with his new wheels.
