Can’t believe there are no instructions on the box or any information inside on how the product works. Some science based information would be beneficial but it’s missing… sadly I think I bought the product on a whim.

Shipping to long

Has not shipped after 2.5 weeks and was not told that there would be a delay when I placed and was charged for the order.

Poor customer service - wouldn’t trust the company to buy anything because of how they handled a situation.
