Part of my order was on backorder, so Element reached out to me by text the next day to see what I wanted to do. They promptly sent me what they had in stock, and immediately shipped the rest of my order once they received it. It probably cost them more to ship separately, but made sure I got my other items immediately. Communication 10/10 Shipping 10/10 Customer service 10/10
