I appreciate the use of all-paper in the packing materials instead of bubble wrap. Have not yet interacted with customer service so I can’t speak to that side of things, but the S&I team seems like a group of lovely people judging by their Instagram presence and the content they put out, which is what drew me in to making my purchase in the first place.
