I bought a pad for my brother in North Dakota after Christmas 2017. I would like to write 2 reviews--the one for this past Christmas and a separate paragraph or two for the year before.
My main concern stems from the manner for your tracking of packages. I could not get the file that had to be downloaded to work. For me, the tracking methods that allow me to click and go to the tracking page are very convenient.
In the Christmas 2016 time frame, you ran a free shipping special. I had trouble with the software not working right for the free earthing book that was offered. I had to call customer service. The person who helped me was courteous and resolved the problem. The time frame for the free shipping expired while I was having the problem with the book, and she gave me the free shipping as a courtesy. Because of her assistance and the free shipping I was able to order an additional product.
This year I did not see any free shipping or BOGO, so I ordered less.
The assistance I got last year bumps up my rating to a 4.
I know these are good products. I have seen their benefits. So, for the quality of the products, I rate your company as a 5.
