Have been using it now for about two and a half weeks seems to be working pretty good haven't used the armbands that came with it yet. I would recommend anybody with any aches and pains to use the earthing mat and grounding sheet you will start to feel a lot better and have more freedom of movement

So I bought this start up kit after reading a couple chapters in the book because my chiropractor revommended it after a specialized dentist told him I was EMF sensitive and that was making my health problems worse. I honestly thought I would use their 30 day trial and return it disappointed it didn't make enough of a difference to keep it. After the first night I slept with the throw blanket and pillowcase, the next day I woke up without the usual chronic muscle stifnness and inflammation like pain I'd "normally feel", I couldn't believe it. I didnt do anything different in my sleep routine except use this product the night before. I have had it for 3 weeks and wow! I have more energy, feel less tired and sleep better. My health problems have decreased in their intensity and I even think the meds I take for my immune system are working better, I can feel it in my muscles and just overall has been worth what I spend. I am pleasantly surprised and still getting used to the whole being "grounded" term, I use the bracelet and mat as well when I can. In my humble opinion, for those of you that this didnt work for, it's probably because you aren't as sensitive as you might have thought to EMF's or you have another root problem that isn't EMF related. I am super sensitive so this worked right away for me and I couldn't be happier about it. Also, it arrived within 3 or 4 days which I appreciated. Thank you for making this product.

For years my gait has felt weird; I felt like I needed to take walking lessons. This was nothing I mentioned to anyone, it was too odd to explain. Since using the earthing products, I feel - well - grounded. Like I have weight and don't feel like I am going to be easily dislodged from my feet.
