So far so good...
Been sleeping on my sheet for about 2 weeks now, and it's remarkable how much deeper I am sleeping, therefore not waking up to use the bathroom, which I have done as a child and i'm 54. I'm also dreaming much more due to the deeper sleep. Haven't noticed any long term effects such as knee pain improving but that may take longer i'm guessing. I'm telling all my clients about this wonderful discovery!
