My chiropractor encouraged me to try the Earthing pillow case. I used the pillow case for several weeks and when I mentioned to my chiropractor that the home I rent is not grounded, she encouraged me to order a grounding rod. The very first night I slept with a properly grounded pillow case, I noticed a dramatic difference- I dreamed and I could remember my dreams(!!!).

We have been very pleased with our sheets, black pads (under our keyboards) and silver pads under the sheets of our children’s beds.
