I love my earthing products. I have always loved lying on the ground, and now I know why. They have improved my life in many ways.

I believe this mat has increased my restful sleep qualty. I am a poor sleeper and sometimes I get tangled in the mat while sleeping. Wish there was a way to secure it to the bottom sheet so it didn't slide around so much at night
