Helps get rid of brain fog
I used to wake up every morning and wonder how I would be able to do anything. My mind seemed in a fog. This feeling would go away when I just did what I had to and tried to ignore it. The first morning after I slept on the mat, there was no brain fog. After a week of sleeping on it my 2:00 to 3:00 afternoon need a nap, was also gone. It hasn't helped with pain though. But just to have a clear mind and not want a nap at 2 in the afternoon is great.
