I have been pleased with The Diamond purchases I have made. On one of the purchases I wasn't happy with the grade and they rectified it for me by giving me an exact duplicate ring the next grade up. Needless to say I was very happy. If you are ever unhappy with a purchase please let them know they will always fix it better than you expect or give your money back. There store is far away but they are easy and a pleasure to deal with. Most Important is that I feel I can trust them with these expensive purchases. Hope this Helps others. Rod
