Item was damaged at the battery compartment and eventhough I sent an email to the buyer regarding it, I have gotten no reply whatsoever. Totally unprofessional.

I keep getting the runaround. This is the 4th time I have responded that I would like to return the Oral Irrigator. It is defective.
