Customer service reps were very nice but the first call I made, the wrong return label was sent. It took several days for the labels to arrive via email even when the correct one was sent. Other companies send a return label immediately via email. And the process was slightly cumbersome (although I really appreciate the help I received for the exchange). I don’t have a PayPal account so ended up having to give payment information over the phone instead of doing it online. The only online option was PayPal. Thus I can only give a 4 star rating. Hoping I’ll get my exchange product in the mail soon.
