Recently had an issue as I was unable to access my Loyalty rewards to claim a discount on my order I contacted customer service who were very helpful and immediately refunded me my discount.

Was pleased with all the above and it is a gift for my son, who has not received the items yet, as he lives abroad, but I know they will be well received as he has used No88 since his late teens and is now in his 50’s! It is indeed a unique smell and love it.

The member website is difficult to navigate around. Aside from that - great product set
