Very poor. I placed an order ( # 204197 ) for 2 shaving soap refills about 2 weeks ago now, I have received neither the package nor the tracking reference nor confirmation that it has been sent.

I ordered a few samples to see the products,I was not disappointed, the smell was gorgeous definitely will be buying. The web page was easy to use with quick delivery. Thankyou
