Shipping was within reasonable time frame, got a cool sticker with purchase (who doesn't love stickers lol). Filter seems to work well aside from a small leak from main body of filter

Your customer service has been great every time I've reached out, but the 3 liquid pump supplements I purchased are very disappointing.
