Experience was fine.

Everything is good. However, I would like to be able to interact with website to add and edit products as they become available. However, Toni and Elizabeth have been very helpful. Bryce is great, except I often feel like he’s really busy and may not have time for my requests. But he always takes care of me. I try not to call so much. I’m very thankful for Customer Support and the quality of the products.

i have honestly had shipping issues with literally every order (each time has been a different thing)... i however am still giving 4 stars because when i call to resolve the situation at the time the team thatbanswers the phones are the best customer service people i have ever ever, EVER EVER , talked to , every time!!! they remember me like we are friends ... i remember their names and voices and enjoy talking them as well... they know the products and they are part of the FAMilia... ALL IN!!!!
