Y'all rock. I love your supplements. I will be honest and let you know that the mushroom one made me feel weird almost like dizzy so I gave it away. My dad said the red yeast one does the same to him but the effects go away soon so he keeps taking it. I think maybe that just means its hitting us faster and maybe we're not used to it. The other supplements don't do that so it's okay. I would continue to take it but I'm someone who suffers from dizziness as is so I don't need help in the department. I love that y'all ship out so fast and also that you now have a create a bundle for a chance at a discount. Love this brand!
