Almost instant relief for my big toes, using the 0.14 Standard Brace. Due to my nails being pretty curved, after I glued one end and it dried, I spread a thin amount of glue on the bottom of the entire brace using a tooth pick, then attached it. I also then put a few coats of Sally's Hard As Nails over the Brace and Nail to help it stay in place longer and not "snag" on my socks.
