Still waiting for my products after two weeks. Email keeps coming back.

I’m still waiting for my product to arrive. If online is the only option, now that all stores have closed, I won’t bother ordering again. Takes far too long.

Shipping was very poor. It took almost two weeks for it to be dispatched. I emailed in regards to my order & did not hear back but then a day or so later my product was dispatched. In between that there was no correspondence about my order.

Really love it and I'll buy it again.
