The website was easy to navigate, the postage was quick. I was really disappointed by the huge box my tiny handcream came in. It felt like such a waste.

Disappointing experience all round. Arrived in banged up packaging, poorly wrapped etc. For a premium product suggest you check out your competitors to see what they are doing.
