I ordered on the 21st and it still has not arrived. Would appreciate if the item arrived before i was asked about my experience

Very upset. I waited a month for 14 shower gels as gifts and they arrived today in a huge explosion/mess. I cannot gift them.

Already did this in the previous review. Customer service was non existent and horrendous when received.

No stars. My order didn't arrive.
