I love Crabtree & Evelyn products. I looked specifically for a '.ca" website, and then discovered my order was shipped from the USA. The products arrived in good shape and in good time, however, I refuse to support the US economy, so will not be reordering from this website. Shipping from a Canadian distribution centre or even a UK point, would be acceptable to me.

I have not received the product!

Purchased 3 at regular price. There was a sale for 25% off within 2 weeks. Requested for a price adjustment with no success.

Not pleased with delivery addresss was correct yet was returned undeliverable asked for compensation on with no reply asked for samples or discount on next purchase or delivery fee return still no reply

I kept getting emails 3 times a day to finish my purchase when I had already bought something. I had to block the emails for them to stop.
