I quickly emailed them after the order had been placed and got their almost immediate reply and credit for it on my credit card. It took a week ( in the pandemic situation ) to get it from the US to Canada. Very fast , the regular way of my choice. No bad surprises , the product was well protected and all was perfect . I reordered the same product a couple of days later, as they had offered me a very good discount . In fact, both shipments got to my place on the same day!!! Super! I love the texture of this HA! It’s something I’ve never tried before and it works great for normal/combination skin. Leaves skin hydrated and plump. I’ve noticed a small difference in my fine lines on my forehead! I used two drops in the morning and three drops at night and it works a out just fine!
