I have used a period cup for about 10 years now, different brands just to have a spare/extra on rotation. This was my first purchase of the Cora brand. The cup is excellent and easy to use, reliable, and I always feel so much better using something that eliminates single-use disposable products. I read a lot of reviews of first-time cup users who have issues trying to transition into using a cup in place of pads/tampons, and I would really like to encourage anyone thinking of making the switch to just go ahead and give the cup a try, even if you have some trial and error to start, don't be discouraged, they are easy to adjust to and are worth it. They are an amazing alternative to disposable products, you never have to find yourself out of products when in need and make a run to a store, most women I know can wear the cup all day without having to change anything out or make emergency runs to a restroom, and it does make a huge financial difference not having to purchase expensive products constantly. To start, I always found it helpful to change out my cup during a daily shower to avoid a potential mess while I was still trying to learn best ways of inserting/removing/situating. I really cannot stress how much using a period cup really made periods a lot less stressful for me, in many ways. This Cora cup is a terrific product, and I believe the company is exceptional in their product offerings and customer service.
